Deposit
We kindly request a deposit of the total amount by 10 days in summer / 16 days in winter before your arrival date. We will send you the deposit information along with your booking confirmation via email. If the deposit does not reach us on time, we will send you a reminder.
Cancellation
Cancellations and changes to your booking are free of charge up to 5 days in summer / 14 days in winter before arrival. After this period, the deposit amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Travel Insurance (Optional)
During the booking process, we offer the option to take out travel insurance.
